Client-specific bill rate deletion caused empty bill rates
Fix
Instead of populating the Default Bill Rate for Resources, the Bill rate wasn't populating at all if a client-specific rate existed before and got deleted.
No more automatic client-specific bill rate creation
Improvement
We've dropped the functionality where client-specific bill rates were previously automatically created on the first instance of using a role on a project for that client.
The control is now fully in your hands!
Harvest expenses grouping

If the number of expenses logged in Harvest against any project exceeds 100 - we will group those in Price&Cost as Other Costs using the expense category name.
You are still getting all the data, but fewer rows in in Price&Cost.
Expand or collapse the People schedule

That's why we now show the People schedule as collapsed by default. You can expand and collapse it back at any time:
